Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays. If an order is placed on a holiday, it will be processed on the next business day. We’ll always keep you informed of any delays.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Returns and Exchanges:
- We do not accept returns.
- Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and must meet our eligibility requirements. All bundles must remain intact and show no signs of being opened and or used. To inquire about an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 1-5 days of receiving your order.
Incorrect Items:
- If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 1-3 days with your order details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.

FAQs
- How much hair should I purchase? We suggest the following:
10-12 inches - Purchase minimum 3 bundles
14-26 inches - Purchase minimum 3 bundles
22-26 inches - Purchase 4 bundles for fuller look from weft to tip
- How long will the hair last? With proper care the hair can last from 6 months to a year.
- Why does the color of my bundle vary? Please note, that our virgin hair bundles may vary in color, as they are sourced from different donors. Slight differences in shades, including natural highlights or lowlights, are normal and reflect the authenticity of the product. These variations are not considered defects.
